Creating Change
Keys to Change is a Phoenix-based nonprofit providing homelessness solutions throughout Maricopa County, Arizona. Through prevention, intervention, and increased access to housing, Keys to Change aims to fortify our community and create change that ends homelessness for good.
Prevention
Preventing homelessness is the most humane and cost-effective solution for stopping homelessness in its tracks.
Intervention
Meeting our unhoused neighbors where they’re at provides immediate relief, compassionate support, and trauma-informed solutions.
Access to Housing
Homelessness is a housing problem. Focusing on affordable “housing-first” options breaks the cycle and unlocks the way home.
Making an Impact
We measure “impact” one life at a time. Our numbers from Fiscal Year 2025 demonstrate the progress we’ve made in collaboration with our donors, partners, and volunteers.
