Key Campus is home to the largest emergency homeless shelter in Arizona, the 600-bed Single Adult Shelter managed by Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS). Respiro Emergency Shelter, managed by Keys to Change provides an additional 95 beds and housing navigation services.

Safe storage allows Key Campus clients a designated place to keep their belongings as they seek services on Campus to end their homelessness. Keys to Change staff manage the storage area to allow easy access to belongings and peace of mind that items are secure.

Mental Health
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) has two offices at Key Campus, providing a wide range of mental health and substance abuse services, as well as housing coordination, community integration, navigation, case management, Crisis Medical Services, and street outreach.

Circle the City Healthcare for the Homeless offers a wide range of no-cost medical services to unhoused individuals at Key Campus, including medical outreach, physicals, wound care, health screenings, and medical respite with case management.

State Benefits
The Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) operates a full-service office at Key Campus to connect individuals with State Benefits such as AHCCCS Healthcare and SNAP Nutrition benefits, removing the barrier that a lack of transportation might create, to bring unhoused individuals one step closer to home.

The Diane & Bruce Halle Brighter Way Dental Center works in collaborative and medically integrated environments to provide oral health services to our community’s most vulnerable individuals, including low-income and homeless adults and veterans. The Key Campus location specializes in surgical and regeneration procedures for implants.

Elaine transportation provides “care beyond survival,” offering complementary appointment-based transportation to Key Campus clients. By providing empathetic and accessible transportation, Elaine reduces barriers to the social determinants of health.

St. Vincent de Paul Workforce Development at Key Campus provides a wide range of employment services to create sustainable solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness. In partnership with PNC Bank, the COLAB at Key Campus is transforming lives through access to employment.

Keys to Change manages Homeless Court, assisting individuals with court fees and misdemeanor charges that are often barriers to housing and employment. Maricopa County judges work with unhoused individuals on-site to provide pathways to restitution.

The Arizona Pet Project keeps pets with the people who love and need them most by connecting community members in crisis with services and resources. They work with Key Campus clients to provide vaccination appointments, supplies such as harnesses and collars, and more. Key Campus also features a designated dog run on the outdoor plaza.

Housing Match
The Keys to Change Housing Match team oversees Coordinated Entry on behalf of Maricopa County and manages the By-Name List of individuals waiting for housing and housing vouchers. The team works with service providers across the county to prioritize care and connect people with the best solutions to ensure long-term housing success.
Showers
Showers are a key component to physical health, dignity, and hygiene. Keys to Change operates 12 shower stalls in two trailers throughout the day, providing hygiene supplies, towels, and clothing to Key Campus clients. Shower hours are extended in the summer as a heat relief measure.

Other Services
Chaplaincy for the Homeless leads worship services, conducts street outreach, and provides spiritual support to unhoused individuals in the Lodestar Day Resource Center at Key Campus. Traumatic Brain Injury Alliance is on Campus part-time to provide veteran services in the Brian Garcia Welcome Center. PNC Bank Mobile Unit assists clients with financial services and education.
Neighborhood Services
André House provides dinner service to Key Campus clients just outside the Campus gates, while also offering showers, clothing, laundry services, and more. Justa Center is located a few blocks from Campus and provides the 55+ unsheltered community with resources, case management, and housing units.
