Human Services Campus, Inc. (HSC) is a collaborative agency along with 15 partners in one location providing resources to individuals experiencing homelessness in Maricopa County. Located in downtown Phoenix, the HSC is comprised of a dynamic team committed to assisting individuals with ending their homelessness. Program Manager (Supportive Services)

This position is responsible for oversight, coordination, and strategic management of our efforts to end homelessness through Supportive Services on the Human Services Campus (HSC).

Program Manager (Navigation)

This position is responsible for oversight, coordination, and strategic management of our efforts to end homelessness through Navigation and SOAR (SSI & SSDI Outreach Access and Recovery).

Program Manager (Single Adult Coordinated Entry)

Program Manager coordinates a system of community services focused on ending homelessness in Maricopa County and the work of multiple agencies in the Single Adult Coordinated Entry (SACE) System.

SOAR Benefits Specialist

The SOAR program is an exciting initiative, which builds off of a model developed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

Client Engagement Rep

The Client Engagement Rep position will join our Supportive Services team in their efforts to engage clients in ending their homelessness as quickly as possible.

Multi-Disciplinary Street Outreach

The Multi Disciplinary Street Outreach Team works with HSC partner agencies to engage and connect those experiencing homelessness beyond the campus to services and solutions.

Crisis Intervention Specialist

The Crisis Intervention Specialist is the point of contact for individuals accessing homeless services and experiencing crisis that could result in homelessness at night. (Second and Third Shifts available)

Unsheltered Outreach Coordinator

The Unsheltered Outreach Coordinator responsibilities shall be determined by the Navigation Manager and works in conjunction with the SACE Lead and can be revised as necessary with proper notification and training.

Housing Match Specialist

The Housing Match Specialist is a liaison between the client and housing services-co-chairs staff meetings, and builds relationships with the community housing programs.

Shelter Services Night Lead

The HSC Shelter Services Lead will be responsible for assisting the Night Programs Manager in all areas pertaining to 2nd and 3rd shift Shelter Services Management.

CES Housing Navigator

The Coordinated Entry System Navigator is responsible for outreaching and engaging clients who are eligible for Single Adult Coordinated Entry (SACE) Housing referrals.

Youth Outreach

The Youth Outreach Team works with HSC partner agencies to engage and connect 18-24 year olds experiencing homelessness near and beyond the Campus to services and solutions to end their homelessness.

Behavioral Health Specialist

The Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) works with individuals experiencing homelessness that have diagnosed or undiagnosed mental health concerns.

Youth Navigator

The Youth Navigator is responsible for outreaching and engaging young adult clients (ages 18-24) who are eligible for Single Adult Coordinated Entry Housing referrals.

Engagement Specialist II (Client Guide)

The Engagement Specialist II provides direct services (permanent housing and health services) to individuals utilizing the Human Services Campus.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant reports directly to the Controller and is responsible for assisting in managing the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization.

Respiro Daytime Engagement Specialist

The Respiro Engagement Specialist provides direct service to individuals whom utilize Respiro by way of outreach and engagement to seek specifically to connect individuals experiencing homelessness with permanent housing, physical and mental health services, and other necessary resources

Justice Opioid Navigator (Freedom Navigator)

The Freedom Navigator is responsible for outreaching and engaging individuals that are Justice and Opioid Involved, and will be experiencing homelessness. The target population is mostly likely to experience unsheltered homelessness.
